OKFINE TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using OkFine’s services. By accessing our services or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Plan Overview
OkFine offers support services based on monthly tiered plans. Each plan includes a defined set of services, sessions, and communication. Plan contents are described at the time of purchase and are subject to change.
2. Billing & Cancellation
All plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your upcoming month at any time, provided it is at least 7 calendar days prior to your next billing date. If you do not cancel within this window, your plan will automatically renew, and you will be responsible for the full cost of the upcoming month. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or mid-month cancellations.
3. Session Recording & Use of AI
Some coaching sessions may be recorded for training, documentation, or quality purposes. OkFine may also use artificial intelligence tools to generate session notes or improve service delivery. Clients will be notified if their sessions are recorded or enhanced by AI tools. All data collected is securely stored and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. No Clinical or Emergency Services
OkFine provides coaching and support services. We do not provide clinical mental health care, therapy, or crisis intervention. In case of a mental health emergency, users are advised to contact a licensed provider or emergency services immediately.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Use OkFine in place of professional clinical care
Harass, abuse, or threaten any staff, coaches, or clients
Share proprietary or copyrighted content from OkFine without permission
Attempt to circumvent platform security or violate any applicable laws
We reserve the right to terminate access if rules are violated.
6. Limitation of Liability
OkFine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services within the past 30 days.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
